All of our homes are warrantied by Tarion®, with seven-year coverage against major structural defects. The warranty enrollment fee is paid by the purchaser as an adjustment on closing. A goods and services tax as well as any applicable harmonized sales tax are also included in the sale price. Other guarantees and warranties include:

• Comprehensive One-Year Warranty
• Two-Year Warranty Covering Electrical, Plumbing, and Heating Systems
• Two-Year Warranty On Water Penetration of the Building Envelope (in accordance with Tarion Warranty Program)
• Manufacturer's Warranty On All Installed Products (pursuant to all warranty registration documents and usage disclaimers)
